Production Timescales

How Long Will My Order Take?

Every piece I create is made entirely by hand, specifically for your event. Because of this, production times vary depending on the product, complexity, and the time of year.

Signage & Large Format
5 to 7 weeks
Welcome signs, statement boards and milestone boards.
Paper & Stationery
4 to 8 weeks
Menus, place cards, presentation and gift bags, invitations and bands. Depending on quantity.
Resin & Engraved
4 to 6 weeks
Resin place cards and charms, napkin rings and engraved glass.
Faux Florals
6 to 8 weeks
Arrangements, numerals and centrepieces.
Express & Rush
+25% or +50%
Express adds 25%, Rush adds 50%, where my calendar allows. Message me before you order and I will confirm the date in writing.
Peak Season
May to Sep
Add two weeks to any of the above if your date falls in this window.

Place Your Order
Complete your product form and pay your deposit. I'll confirm your order within 24 hours.

Design Approval
I'll send you a digital mock-up for approval before I make a single thing. Nothing is produced until you're happy.

Made & Delivered
Your piece is handcrafted, beautifully packaged, and dispatched via tracked delivery to your door.

All bespoke signage orders, including statement boards, welcome signs and milestone boards, include complimentary tracked UK delivery.

My Bespoke Seating Chart is delivered and collected personally within 50 miles. A mileage fee may apply for venues beyond this radius. I'll confirm this at the time of booking.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. I currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If you require international shipping, please contact me directly and I'll provide a quote.

Deposits & Payments

How Payment Works

For bespoke signage and larger pieces, I take a 50% deposit to secure your place in the making schedule, with the balance due before dispatch. The deposit becomes non-refundable once you approve your proof.

For my Bespoke Seating Chart hire service, a 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining hire fee and a refundable £150 damage deposit are due 14 days before your event.

For smaller items such as place cards and keepsakes, full payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel before I send your proof and receive a refund less a £25 design and administration fee, which covers consultation time and order setup. Once you approve your proof, your order cannot be cancelled, as your materials are prepared and your pieces are made individually to your specification.

For seating chart hire, the damage deposit of £150 is returned within 7 days of collection provided the board is returned in good condition.
