Production Timescales

How Long Will My Order Take?

Every piece we create is made entirely by hand, specifically for your event. Because of this, production times vary depending on the product, complexity, and the time of year.

Bespoke Signage
10–14 days
Statement boards, welcome signs & milestone boards. Working days from deposit confirmation.
Place Cards & Keepsakes
7–10 days
Éclat keepsakes, presentation bags, place cards & smaller bespoke items. Working days from order confirmation.
Peak Season
May–Sep
During wedding season we recommend ordering 6–8 weeks in advance to guarantee your preferred date.

Place Your Order
Complete your product form and pay your deposit. We'll confirm your order within 24 hours.

Design Approval
We'll send you a digital mock-up for approval before we make a single thing. Nothing is produced until you're happy.

Made & Delivered
Your piece is handcrafted, beautifully packaged, and dispatched via tracked delivery to your door.

All bespoke signage orders — including statement boards, welcome signs, and milestone boards — include complimentary tracked UK delivery.

Our Bespoke Seating Chart is delivered and collected personally within 50 miles. A mileage fee may apply for venues beyond this radius — we'll confirm this at the time of booking.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. We currently deliver across the United Kingdom. If you require international shipping, please contact us directly and we'll provide a quote.

Deposits & Payments

How Payment Works

For bespoke signage and larger pieces, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production. The remaining balance is due before dispatch.

For our Bespoke Seating Chart hire service, a 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining hire fee and a refundable £150 damage deposit are due 14 days before your event.

For smaller items such as place cards and keepsakes, full payment is taken at the time of ordering.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please let us know within 48 hours of placing your order and before production has begun. In these cases, we're happy to offer a full refund. Once production is underway, deposits are non-refundable as materials will have already been sourced and work will have commenced. For seating chart hire, the damage deposit of £150 is returned within 7 days of collection provided the board is returned in good condition.
