Step 01

Tell Us Your Vision

Fill in our bespoke enquiry form with your event details — date, type, guest numbers, colour palette, and any inspiration you have. There are no silly ideas here. The more you share, the more personal your quote will be.

Step 02

Receive Your Bespoke Quote

Within 48 hours you'll receive a personalised proposal tailored entirely to your event — including itemised pricing, materials, timelines, and any questions we need answered. No generic pricing. Everything is built around you.

A deposit is required to confirm your order and secure your production slot. Deposit amounts are stated clearly in your quote.

Step 03

Approve Your Design

Before a single item is made, we send you a digital proof of your design for approval. This is your opportunity to review every detail — names, dates, colours, layout — and request any final adjustments.

Production only begins once you have given explicit written approval. We never start making without your sign-off.

Step 04

Made By Hand

Once your design is approved and your order is confirmed, we get to work. Every single piece is designed and crafted by hand, with care and precision, specifically for your event. No machines. No shortcuts. No compromises.

Timelines vary by order complexity. Your production timeline will be clearly confirmed in your quote.

Delivered With Care

Your pieces arrive beautifully packaged, ready for your celebration. We use protective, luxury packaging to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition. All orders are dispatched with tracked delivery.

Frequently Asked
How far in advance should I order?
We recommend getting in touch at least 6–8 weeks before your event. For peak wedding season (May–September), we suggest 10–12 weeks. Last-minute requests are always welcome — just ask.
Do you offer samples?
Yes — samples are available for select products. Please mention this in your enquiry and we can discuss options. Samples may carry a small fee which can be credited against your final order.
Can I make changes after approving?
Minor amendments can usually be accommodated before your design is approved. Once production begins, changes are not possible — which is why we take the approval step so seriously.
What if something goes wrong?
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error on our part, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photographs.
